Sévérine started her career as Product Manager at AXA, in Paris, then moved to Lyon in order to work for SNCF as Distribution and Sales Manager, where she has been working preparing training programmes for famous Companies. Once in Lyon, she has been cooperating with the École Centrale to launch new graduate Programmes in Management of New Technologies; then she started keeping Academic Course in Marketing Management as a simulation for graduate and MBA programmes during the Business weeks organized by Péchiney Company. In 2000, she started at École de Management (in Lyon, as well) as a Teaching and Research Assistant, then became Lecturer at Université Jean Moulin in Lyon 3.
She has started filling the position of Assistant Professor at Grenoble École de Management, becoming Head of postgraduate Programme in Innovation Management.

She is author of many publications about female entrepreneurship and its elements. She has also been co-editor of books about Innovation Management. Many of her articles, papers and conference interventions are about: women choosing career and the role of their husbands; the influence of women-managed Companies; the impact of gender in entrepreneurship on the choice of an Economic Model; diversified entrepreneurship and innovation projects, with a glance on women philosophers’ thought (referring to Simone Weil and Hannah Arendt).

She taught courses on Creativity, Innovation, High tech, Innovation marketing, Business Policy, Strategic Management, since 2004 to 2007. She has been lecturer both in Grenoble and in Lyon, but in Budapest also, at Technishe Universität.
She manages her current position, being contemporarily Editor in Chief of ‘Revue du Management Téchnologique’; Editorial Board Member of the Revue d'Intelligence Economique, and also member of several Scientific Committees across French Universities (Grenoble, Marseille, Saint Étienne).
Winner of Awards for Best Researcher in Entrepreneurship and Management, she is also ad-hoc reviewer for many Journals, such as Revue des Sciences de Gestion, Small Business Economics, European Journal of Innovation Management.
She is member of AIMS - Association International, AOM - Academy of Management, EGOS - European Group of Organ, and experience as a Consultant for big French corporates.
