Since 2009, he started his own business for training and consulting in Strategy and Customer Marketing, opening the A2LConseil, filling contemporarily the post of Participating Faculty at Grenoble École of Management and Independent consultant. Previously, he was charged with the role of Sales and Marketing Director, Member of the board at Thermes Nationaux d’Aix-Les-Bains, since 2006, leading the privatization of the state-owned company. Here, he managed the set-up and launch of 2 innovative products: strategic analysis, segmentation, marketing positioning, mix definition, operational preparation, sales and marketing plan, increasing sales and customers In 2000 he entered Braxton/Deloitte Consulting, charged with the role of Manager for leading strategy and management consulting. Here, he achieved the objective of implementing E-business strategy development and followed the launch of best initiatives for the definition of strategy of customer relationships for numerous Companies.
